No limitation, you can enjoy your membership for every order you have completed on the official website. However, member discounts are not valid for use on a promotion or voucher code has been applied to an order.

 

How many levels/tiers are there in the Clinelle's membership program?
The Clinelle's membership program has three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

 

 

 

How long does my membership last and how do I qualify for a higher tier?
Your Clinelle's membership status is evergreen, starting from the date you qualify for the current status. Your status will upgrade based on your amount of spend in the official webshop.

 

How can I check my membership status and purchase statistics?
Log in to your account and go to the "loyalty program" you will see your purchased history and qualification of membership.

Why my orders are not accumulated to the purchased history to upgrade my membership level?
Only the successful order under the status of "Complete" will accumulate to your membership level.

 

Why is the membership discount not apply to my order?
Firstly, you need to login/register to your account and check your membership level. For every purchase, you will need to enter the code: SIL06, GOLD9 or PLA12 to trigger the discount on your purchase.
