We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders will be processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are delivered by our dedicated courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays.

 

 

Important notice on customs fees, duties or taxes.

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (vats). if assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. We will also include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for customs declaration.

 

 

Delivery process and lead time

1. Delivery will take up to 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for local delivery. International shipping period might variance on the custom clearance and declaration.
2. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding Malaysia public holidays.
3. Delivery is not available for addresses with A.P.O, F.P.O and P.O. Boxes.

 

 

Order tracking and delivery status

1. Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders:-


Local order: GDEX; and
International order: Aramex


2. In rare cases, there may be an unexpected service delay due to factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc. Please contact our customer service at  info@clinelle.com or phone +6(03)-7809 6623, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 9.00am – 5.00pm for assistance.


 

Multiple address delivery

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
